Optometrist
Dr. Flack, a native of Morganton, NC, received a bachelor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Flack is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina Optometric Society, and the Forest City Lions Club.
Dr. Flack has been in private practice since 1988 and joined Morganton Eye Physicians, P.A. in 2003. He provides adult and pediatric optometric care with an emphasis in contact lenses.
